Its aroma unfolds with gentle herbal peat smoke, ripe red apple, jammy red berry, warm cinnamon and subtle red wine tannins without harsh medicinal heat. The palate delivers bright fruity malt sweetness upfront, wrapped in mild smouldering smoke and velvety sherry oak warmth.
