Cream, pear tart, slight orange peel and clove, barley sugar and custard on the palate; expected to develop further as the bottle is enjoyed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYamamoto's notes: Sweet cream, honey-like sweetness, bitterness and spice, with gentle barley and creaminess. Citrus freshness appears; time in the glass or water increases syrupy sweetness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eKawasaki's notes: Creme brulee, slight orange and refreshing mint. Rich creme brulee and soft barley on the palate, ending with barley sweetness and a little bitterness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFujita co-runs Campbelltoun Loch with Nobuyuki Nakamura and leads Whisky Hoop tastings. Yamamoto began at Moga, studied independent and vintage whisky at Mash Tun and manages Slugs'2.
