Organic Hokkaido burdock is washed, chopped and distilled, then combined with spring-harvested dandelion-root and ginger spirits. Redistilled fruit tails add depth, autumn honey harvested at mitosaya adds gentle sweetness, and spring and autumn turmeric provide a vivid yellow colour.
