The fifth release, Malted Teacake, explores fermentation. Alongside the usual Anchor and Fermentis yeasts, it uses Dubbel Trouble, a top-fermenting Belgian ale yeast, to develop greater complexity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe new make gained deep malty and creamy flavours.
