This typical Northern German Lagerkorn undergoes gentle resting ageing to soften its grain character for smooth drinking. The nose presents clean fresh cereal grain aroma, subtle gentle wheat sweetness, faint delicate herbal hints and light mild alcoholic warmth. On the palate, it is light-bodied and exceptionally mellow, featuring straightforward soft grain sweetness, faint gentle cereal notes and restrained mild warmth without harsh irritation. The short clean finish retains light natural grain flavour and subtle gentle sweetness, embodying the mild, approachable drinking style of traditional German rested grain brandy.
