1. Shipping Destinations We offer global shipping to most countries and regions (please note that we do not offer domestic shipping within Japan). Please be aware that some destinations may have specific restrictions on the import of alcoholic beverages. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their local customs regulations before placing an order. We reserve the right to decline shipping and cancel orders to regions where alcohol import is strictly prohibited by local law.

5. Packaging & Safety Given the fragile nature of whisky bottles (including rare Hand-Filled bottles and vintage collectibles), we use specialized packaging. Each bottle is individually wrapped in shock-absorbent material, placed in a sturdy carton with additional padding, and sealed securely to prevent breakage or leakage.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Customers are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local customs authorities.

We will provide all necessary documentation (including commercial invoices) to facilitate customs clearance. Delays due to customs hold-ups are beyond our control.
7. Tracking, Delivery & Signatures Once shipped, you can use the tracking link provided via email to monitor your package. Because we ship alcohol, an adult signature is typically required upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign, please arrange for an alternative delivery schedule directly with the shipping carrier.
8. Lost, Damaged Shipments & Returns

Damages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Returns: As stated in our Return Policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the perishable nature of alcoholic beverages, unless we shipped the incorrect item or the product arrived damaged. Return shipping costs for buyer's remorse are not accepted.
