Akkeshi Twenty-Four Solar Terms Xiaoman is a balanced fruited Japanese blended whisky bottled at 48% ABV in a 700ml bottle. This annual solar-themed limited release by Akkeshi Distillery blends coastal peat malt and sweet grain distillates to deliver a gentle, harmonious multi-layered expression. The nose opens with ripe stone fruit, light coastal peat smoke, honeyed cereal malt and soft vanilla oak. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and silky, with flavours of sun-warmed orchard fruit, golden creamy toffee, mild mineral spice and a faint nutty oak depth. The long, clean lingering finish underscores the smooth, dual-sided fruit-and-smoke character of this Japanese solar-term limited blended whisky.
