Kavalan Solist Brandy Cask is a cask-strength Taiwanese single malt whisky bottled at 57.8% ABV in a 700ml format, produced by Kavalan Whisky, Taiwan. This experimental single-cask release features tropical malt spirit finished inside ex-brandy oak casks. The nose reveals ripe stone fruit, subtle floral notes, gentle wine fruit accents, soft honey sweetness and delicate nutty undertones. On the palate, it is full-bodied and silky, offering vibrant fruited brightness, balanced wine-infused malt character, faint spice hints and tightly woven clean mineral backbone. The long, lingering finish balances pure fresh fruited malt flavour and restrained tannic oak warmth, presenting distinctive tropical Taiwanese single malt whisky style.
