Dingle Wheel of the Year Single Malt Samhain is an Irish single malt crafted by Dingle Distillery at robust cask strength 50.5% ABV with a 700ml volume. Matured in specially selected oak casks, it delivers rich dark dried fruit sweetness balanced with subtle earthy spice and velvety vanilla malt notes. The aroma carries ripe fig, baked dark berries, soft woodland herb and gentle toasted oak undertones. The palate offers concentrated jammy fruit core, mild warm spice and silky medium-full texture. It features a deep lingering finish with layered dark fruit depth and smooth earthy oak warmth. Best savoured neat, a tiny splash of water softens its bold strength and reveals intricate autumnal fruit and herbal layers.
