Saint Seiya Bronze Saint Shochu Series Cygnus Hyoga is a mild low-strength Japanese barley shochu produced by distillery Tsunematsu Shuzo Honten, bottled at 25% ABV in a standard 700ml bottle. Created as a collaborative limited-edition anime tie-in dedicated to Cygnus Hyoga, this clean unaged barley shochu delivers soft mild cereal sweetness, subtle crisp mineral brightness and faint cool floral undertones without heavy harsh alcohol bite or thick earthy grain heaviness. The nose unfolds with light roasted barley, fresh spring water mineral, faint white flower blossom, mild rice husk and gentle cooling herbal hints. On the palate, smooth delicate grain sweetness blends with ultra-light low alcohol warmth, balanced by crisp clean mineral layers and faint soft vegetal undertones. Its medium gentle finish lingers on light barley grain, subtle cool mineral and faint mild floral notes; this limited collectible anime shochu suits chilled neat sipping or mixed with soda water, with tiny splashes of cold mineral water optional to amplify its clean light grain-forward aromatic layers.
