Hishida Distillery Umeshu Bourbon Cask Finish is an official Japanese plum liqueur from Hishida Distillery, bottled at 20% ABV in a standard 700ml format, aged with final maturation inside ex-bourbon oak casks after traditional umeshu infusion. The nose presents fresh ripe Japanese plum, bright stone fruit, creamy bourbon vanilla, subtle honey and gentle oak sweetness. On the palate, it is smooth and well-balanced, with vibrant juicy plum brightness, layered warm bourbon oak complexity, and a soft lingering finish.
