Black Bull Cairo Sherry Finish is a blended Scotch whisky independently bottled by Duncan Taylor, released at a robust 50% ABV in a standard 700ml bottle. Finished exclusively in rich sherry casks, it delivers plump dried raisins, dark fig compote, sticky molasses, dark milk chocolate, polished toasted oak, candied orange zest and subtle warm nutmeg spice. Its deep aromatic bouquet bursts with opulent sherry fruit sweetness layered over smooth aged malt. The palate offers full-bodied viscous malt balanced by concentrated dried berry depth, firm wood tannins and gentle baking spice warmth, leading to an enduring velvety finish with lingering raisin, cocoa and soft oak notes. Best savoured neat or with a tiny splash of spring water to soften its elevated strength and unlock intricate sherry-driven layers.
