Rebel Yale is Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced by Level Yell Distillery at 40% ABV, standard US 750ml bottle specification. Crafted following classic Kentucky bourbon production standards with new charred American oak cask maturation, it delivers typical warm sweet corn-driven bourbon flavour. The nose features vanilla, caramel corn, ripe stone fruit, subtle toasted oak and light spice notes. On the palate, it is smooth and approachable, showcasing rich caramel, sweet corn sweetness, soft cinnamon and restrained charred wood tannin. The medium-short clean finish highlights classic easy-drinking American bourbon characteristics.
