Made by blending fresh apple juice with young calvados, this traditional aperitif balances bright fruit and gentle spirit warmth. The nose opens with ripe fresh apple, floral orchard blossom, subtle honey and soft fruit brightness. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and silky, with flavours of sweet apple juice, mild floral sweetness, delicate fruit pith undertones and a clean gentle finish.
