Chapoutier Marc de Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2000 is a vintage French marc eau-de-vie bottled at 42% ABV in a 700ml bottle. Produced by M. Chapoutier, this aged marc is distilled from Châteauneuf-du-Pape grape pomace, offering rich vinous character shaped by long maturation into a layered, terroir-driven spirit. The nose opens with ripe dark berry, dried grape, subtle violet floral aromatics, warm spice and gentle oak brightness. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and silky, with flavours of preserved red fruit, dried stone fruit, delicate earthy herbal undertones and a faint dry woody depth. The long, lingering finish underscores the sophisticated vinous and spice-forward character of this aged Rhône marc.
