Uchida Grape Shochu Koshu is a vibrant fruit-driven aged Japanese grape shochu bottled at 40% ABV in a 200ml bottle. This refined craft release from Shirayuri Brewery balances ripe grape and soft wood spice notes into a smooth, well-balanced multi-layered expression. The nose opens with fresh dark grape, subtle dried berry, mild caramel and faint vanilla oak sweetness. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and silky, with flavours of sun-warmed stone fruit, golden creamy toffee, mild mineral sweetness and a faint soft nutty oak depth.
