Pisco Porton Quebranta Most Verde is a premium Peruvian‑style pisco made by La Caravedo at 43% ABV with a 750‑ml volume. It is distilled from partially‑fermented Quebranta grape must instead of fully‑fermented wine to retain bright youthful fruit flavours. The nose delivers ripe dark‑grape, subtle earthy‑herbal notes and gentle nutty undertones typical of Quebranta grapes. On the palate juicy black‑grape flavour takes centre‑stage with a soft rounded mouth‑feel. It has a crisp‑medium‑length finish with lingering fresh grape‑sweetness. This bottling can be enjoyed neat or used to craft refined Pisco‑Sour and other fruit‑forward cocktails.
