Wolfberger Alsace Fraise Eau de Vie is a traditional French fruit brandy crafted by Wolfberger in Alsace, bottled at 45% ABV in a standard 700ml bottle, distilled from ripe wild woodland strawberries to deliver vivid pure berry aroma and clean unadulterated fruit flavour. Its aroma bursts with fresh crushed wild strawberry, subtle red berry blossom and a faint hint of tart red currant, free of artificial sweetener or heavy oak influence. The palate presents bright, authentic ripe strawberry brightness upfront, supported by a smooth neutral grape-spirit base with minimal added sugar. It finishes short, crisp and vibrantly fruity with lingering fresh berry notes, best enjoyed chilled neat as a digestif or as a bright fruity base for delicate craft cocktails.
