Extended twenty-seven years of maturation softens the distillery’s typical light peat profile and integrates rich oak flavours. The aroma carries gentle coastal peat smoke, ripe dried stone fruits, honeyed malt, vanilla oak and subtle briny maritime hints. The palate delivers restrained smokiness, sweet dried fruit, silky creamy malt, warm seasoned oak spice and faint sea salt undertones. Its lengthy refined finish fades slowly with lingering mild peat, fruity sweetness and mellow wood warmth, presenting a sophisticated well-aged Islay single malt with balanced gentleness.
