Hazelburn 13 Years Old Sherry Wood is an official distillery-bottled unpeated Campbeltown single malt, bottled at cask-strength 50.3% ABV in a standard 700ml bottle, matured entirely in premium sherry oak casks for thirteen years. It delivers concentrated stewed dark berries, plump sultana raisin, baked fig, rich milk chocolate, silky heather honey, polished toasted almond oak, candied citrus peel and subtle warm clove spice. Its deep aromatic bouquet unfolds with opulent sherry fruit sweetness woven with faint saline coastal mineral notes signature to Campbeltown’s maritime terroir. The palate presents velvety full malt sweetness layered with dense dried berry fruit, smooth vanilla tannins and gentle wood spice, leading to an extended sophisticated finish with lingering honey, dried fruit and faint briny maritime undertones.
