``HAPPY NEW YEAR 2026'', a Japanese sake with the design of the 2026 Chinese zodiac ``Horse'', is brewed for a limited time based on ``Two Grain Yamada Nishiki''.
By using Yamada Nishiki, the highest mountain in Yamaguchi Prefecture, and brewing spring water polished in a limestone area, we expressed the richness of the grain, the clear sweetness, and the multi-layered minerality.
