A balanced assembly of peated and unpeated malt and grain whiskies matured in a mix of ex-bourbon and sherry oak casks, it delivers ripe orchard fruit, creamy vanilla toffee, soft smoldering coastal peat, polished baking spice, honeyed cereal grain and subtle dried floral herbal undertones. The nose opens with bright pear and apple compote, gentle vanilla custard and faint earthy smoke woven through sweet grain malt. The palate balances silky fruity brightness with restrained smoky depth, warm cinnamon spice lift and smoothly integrated oak tannins. Its medium-length warming finish lingers with fresh stone fruit, light ash smoke and delicate caramel herbal whispers.
