Distilled in 2007 and matured fifteen years in golden ex-bourbon oak casks, it delivers thick buttery grain sweetness, viscous golden honey, ripe tropical stone fruit, soft vanilla and intense layered toasted oak spice. Its aroma unfolds with warm corn cream, lush vintage honey, juicy apricot preserve and heavily charred polished oak. The palate balances luxuriant sweet grain with fierce concentrated alcohol warmth, held firm by robust mature tannins and subtle nutty herbal hints.
