Its aroma delivers bright coastal brine, ripe green apple, honeyed cereal malt, zesty citrus zest and soft vanilla oak spice. The palate bursts with concentrated stone fruit sweetness, subtle saline maritime notes, warm white pepper and creamy toffee depth, leading to a lengthy warming finish of dried fruit, sea salt and lingering gentle oak. This full-strength coastal Highland malt shines neat or with a few drops of spring water to soften the robust alcohol and unlock layered fruity, saline cask complexity.
