This is a dry white wine made with Sauvignon Blanc from our own farm in Mikasa City.
Sauvignon Blanc produced in 2024, which was blessed with very good weather, is fermented by soaking the skins and juice for about a week, resulting in a rich fruit flavor and deep flavor.
It has a characteristic rich citrus aroma reminiscent of blood oranges, and in addition to the freshness typical of Sauvignon Blanc, you can also enjoy the subtle richness and complexity derived from the fruit skin. Approximately half of wooden barrels and half of concrete tanks are used for aging, resulting in a flavor that harmonizes the complexity of the wooden barrels with the pure fruit flavors of the concrete tanks.
The mouthfeel is plump, yet the pleasant acidity lingers on the finish, tightening the overall flavor.
It has a good balance of rich fruit flavor, richness, and acidity that colors the aftertaste, making it an excellent companion to food.
This is a dish that can be enjoyed in a wide range of situations, from seafood dishes to chicken dishes.
