Off Trail-Azeotrope Distillery Choice Gamma is a refined Japanese craft spirit from Far Yeast Brewing, bottled at 40% ABV in a compact 500ml bottle. Crafted with distinctive yeast-driven distillation, it delivers delicate floral sweetness and subtle soft spice unique to Japanese small-batch distilling. Its nose carries fresh floral blossoms, light green fruit, mild honey and faint herbal notes without harsh alcoholic fumes. The palate holds silky gentle sweetness, mild mellow spirit heat, soft citrus and faint delicate wood spice. It finishes clean and short with lingering floral and light honey. This elegant Japanese craft release works beautifully neat or over ice, ideal for lovers of subtle, delicate Asian artisanal spirits.
