Time Machine is a mysterious sake with a beautiful amber color from the moment it is squeezed. In terms of general Japanese sake, it has the color of old sake, like a new sake that is almost colorless and transparent and has been aged for 5 to 10 years.
The secret is that it is made using a manufacturing method from the Edo period. At the time, mass production was not yet possible, and the manufacturing method required a great deal of time and effort. In modern times, koji making takes 72 hours instead of 45 hours. It takes one month to make sake mash without adding yeast. Generally, the fermentation period is 3 weeks, but sometimes it takes almost double the number of days. The sake that is produced in this way has a unique taste that is super sweet but has a sharp taste.
The Reserve version is a version of Time Machine that has been aged for a long period of time at room temperature. It's not just the color that deepens over time. It has a complex and unique taste and aroma reminiscent of dried fruits, caramel, pickled vegetables, and soy sauce.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which allows you to monitor the status of your shipment in real time. Return & Refund
Since we ship alcoholic beverages, all sales are generally final. We don't accept returns or exchanges just for a change of mind.But if things go wrong—like your bottle breaks in transit or we accidentally send you the wrong one—we've absolutely got your back! Here is how we handle it:
The 7-Day Window
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of signing for your package. After 7 days, we unfortunately won't be able to process a return or exchange.
Item Condition
If we sent you the wrong item by mistake, please make sure it stays unopened and in its original condition. (If your item arrived broken, just safely take some clear photos for us instead!)
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Any packages that are refused by the customer upon delivery, or returned to sender due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, are subject to a return shipping and restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
In addition, original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable for refused packages. If a package is abandoned or destroyed by the carrier due to a customer's refusal to pay local customs duties, no refund will be issued.
