We use Pinot Gris grown in Kuroboku soil in Hara Village and Albariño grown in granite soil in Hakushu Town.
Each product is fermented in stainless steel tanks using dry yeast and then filled with gas.
You can feel the refreshing scent of green apples and green lemons, as well as the scent of yellow florets, and the pleasant bitterness of grapefruit lingers in the aftertaste.
It's finished dry, so I think it's nice to drink on a hot day. I also think it will taste even better if you let it sit for a year or two.
