This newborn green drum malt centres on bright raw cereal malt purity, layered with soft rice distillate sweetness, faint yuzu citrus lift and plain unwooded base brightness to create a crisp, vivid multi-layered profile. The nose releases raw barley malt, soft rice sugar, faint yuzu peel, mild green herb and plain young spirit. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and silky, with vibrant sharp cereal lift, delicate faint citrus sweetness, minimal light distillate bite, and a lingering fresh malt-and-zest whisky depth.
