Loch Lomond Single Cask 2015 Y's Cask is a cask-strength Highland single malt Scotch, official distillery bottling at 57.8% ABV in a standard 700ml bottle. Distilled in 2015 and matured in a single exclusive cask, it delivers bright fresh orchard fruit, creamy vanilla oak and soft cereal malt with potent full cask intensity. Its nose bursts with crisp green apple, ripe pear, sweet vanilla custard, light shortbread malt and subtle soft floral notes without heavy peat or dark dried fruit. The palate carries bright fruit-forward malt sweetness, powerful high-proof spirit heat, layered fresh stone fruit and gentle toasted oak spice undertones. It finishes medium-long and vibrant with lingering green fruit, creamy vanilla and clean cereal malt.
