This 14-year matured unpeated Auchentoshan malt centres on delicate light cereal creaminess, layered with ripe citrus stone fruit, faint floral blossom and mild vanilla bourbon oak tannins to create a crisp, silky multi-layered profile. The nose releases soft pear cereal, light rock sugar, faint citrus blossom, mild lemon peel and gentle warm barrel timber. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and velvety, with dense bright fruit compote, concentrated delicate malt sweetness, faint grassy herbal spice, and a lingering mild citrus-and-cereal malt depth. The long, crisp mild finish underscores the elegant, triple-distilled Lowland character of this long-aged unpeated single malt small-batch exclusive bottling.
