Lindores Single Malt 2019 Peated Rum Cask is an exclusive Lowland distillery bottling made for The Ultimate Spirits, cask strength at 59.7% ABV and 700ml. Distilled in 2019, it uses peated malt then matures fully in ex-rum casks, blending smoky peat with rich tropical sweetness. Its aroma mixes soft medicinal smoke, ripe banana, molasses, vanilla and bright citrus. The palate balances gentle peat ash with juicy tropical fruit, thick rum-driven caramel and mild oak spice, delivering a long warm finish of smoky fruit and lingering molasses. This limited single cask release offers a rare contrast of classic Lowland malt, peat and vibrant rum cask fruit, best sampled neat or with a tiny splash of water.
