Martini Bianco is a mild semi-sweet white vermouth crafted by Italy’s iconic Martini brand, with an alcohol volume of 15% ABV and a capacity of 750ml. The aroma carries soft vanilla sweetness, delicate floral notes, mild herbal fragrances and faint ripe citrus hints, far gentler in herbal bitterness than Rosso and Extra Dry versions. On the palate, it boasts silky smooth texture with well-balanced moderate sweetness and subtle gentle herbal undertones, free from harsh bitterness or overpowering spice; the mild alcohol content highlights mellow fruit and floral layers.
