La Medida Espadin Kiatoni is a limited-edition artisanal Mexican mezcal made by La Medida, bottled at 48% ABV in a full-size 750ml bottle, crafted from hand-harvested Espadin agave with extended underground pit roasting for rich layered baked fruit and subtle herbal smokiness. Its aroma unfolds with thick caramelised agave nectar, dried tropical fruit compote, faint wood smoke, earthy herbal greenery and soft mineral saline sweetness, prolonged pit cooking amplifies every deep natural agave aromatic layer. The palate delivers dense roasted agave sweetness upfront, woven with gentle smoky tannins and bright crisp mineral acidity. It holds a lengthy earthy-fruity finish of lingering baked agave, a rare limited release ideal for slow chilled neat sipping with light water adjustment.
