Signatory North British 2008/2021 is an independent bottling from Signatory Vintage, distilled in Scotland, bottled at 43% ABV with a volume of 700ml. This is Lowland grain whisky distilled at North British Distillery, matured between 2008 and 2021. The nose delivers vanilla custard, ripe pear, honeyed cereal and light butterscotch, with subtle oak spice. On the palate, smooth toffee, baked apple, sweet corn and faint almond notes unfold, supported by gentle oak influence and a creamy texture. The finish is medium-length with lingering vanilla and warm cereal sweetness. Excellent neat or with a splash of water.
