Signatory Bunnahabhain 48 Years Old 1975 35th Anniversary is an ultra-rare unpeated Islay single malt bottled by Signatory at balanced 50.2% ABV in a standard 700ml bottle. Distilled in 1975 and matured forty-eight years in blended bourbon and sherry oak casks, it delivers delicate coastal saline sweetness, viscous aged honey, sun-dried dark stone fruit, faint antique vanilla and deeply polished well-integrated oak spice. Its aroma unfolds with soft mineral sea mist, thick vintage golden honey, preserved dried fig and decades-mellowed gentle oak. The palate carries faint subtle cereal malt with steady alcohol warmth, rounded by velvety ultra-softened tannins and quiet floral herbal undertones. The extraordinarily long finish holds layered fruited molasses caramel, slow-fading dried fruit sweetness and subtle antique wood spice.
