We use special grade Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, which has been polished to 30% in pursuit of its beauty and aroma. A perfect match between caproic acid and vinegar iso.
The yeast used is CEL-24, Super CEL-24, and TFL18-145-10, resulting in a sweet sake with a alcohol content of -4.

In the icy world that I saw, I could hear the faint sound of ``Hyurohyuro'' coming from the ice wall.
