We used a method called dispensing, in which each bottle was manually poured after bottling the entire amount.
“Natsune” is a seasonal word that refers to mountains in summer. It refers to the cool appearance of a mountain covered in lush greenery.
After bottling, the wine is stored in a warehouse at approximately 10℃ for 10 days before being pasteurized. Although the water is soft and does not leave gas behind, you will feel a slight gas due to the secondary fermentation in the bottle.
The scent is slightly melon, with a soft flavor and sweetness, and the aftertaste is dry.
