Crafted with premium Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 50% using Little CEL24 yeast, it delivers a rich, multi‑layered drinking experience. The nose unfolds with bright aromas of ripe melon, banana and fresh tropical fruit, alongside soft, polished rice fragrance. On the palate, it is medium‑bodied and silky, presenting gentle fruity sweetness balanced by crisp, clean acidity, subtle refined spice and delicate mineral depth.
