Sakurao Single Malt is a Japanese single malt whisky produced in-house by Sakurao Brewery and Distillery in Japan, bottled at 43% ABV with a standard 700-millilitre capacity. It is brewed and distilled adhering to Japanese meticulous craftsmanship and matured carefully in premium oak casks. It unfolds gentle aromas of fresh ripe fruits, subtle floral sweetness, soft vanilla and light toasted oak. On the palate, silky malt sweetness dominates, matched with mild oak spice and clean fruity undertones without aggressive bitterness. Embracing the delicate, refined style typical of Japanese single malt, it works wonderfully neat or on the rocks to savour its well-balanced, elegant and approachable flavour profile.
