Matured in mixed ex-bourbon and wine oak casks, it delivers delicate rice malt, bright citrus fruit, creamy vanilla and subtle floral herbal notes without peat smoke influence. Its nose unfolds with fresh rice grain, yuzu citrus zest, pear compote, vanilla custard, mild honey and soft light oak spice. The palate offers rounded gentle malt sweetness, prominent medium-high spirit warmth, layered juicy citrus fruit and delicate thin wood tannins.
