It undergoes twelve years of fundamental oak maturation followed by secondary finishing inside seasoned sherry casks. Its aroma blends crisp orchard apple, rich dried fruit, raisin sweetness, warm nutty sherry notes and gentle vanilla oak spices. The palate features bright fresh apple foundation intertwined with luscious sherry-derived dried fruits, subtle tannins and mellow wood warmth.
