Rogue Spirits Farmhouse Pinot Barrel Finish is a special cask-finished craft gin made by Rogue Spirits from Oregon, filled in a 750-millilitre bottle at 45% ABV. Based on the classic Farmhouse Gin recipe, it receives secondary maturation inside used Pinot Noir wine barrels local to Oregon wine regions. Traditional juniper and farm-grown herbal botanicals form the core aroma, layered with ripe red berry, delicate tannins, subtle grape sweetness and gentle oak spice absorbed from wine casks. On the palate, bright herbal freshness is balanced by soft red fruit sweetness, mild wine-derived tannins and warm wood notes, with elevated alcohol delivering richer depth. It works beautifully neat on ice, in premium gin cocktails or wine-style slow sipping, merging rustic farmhouse gin character with elegant red wine barrel nuance typical of Pacific Northwest craft distilling.
