Distilled from Demerara sugarcane and matured in solid oak casks, it delivers deep molasses, dark dried fruit and rich roasted wood spice. Its nose holds thick black molasses, dried raisin, dark chocolate and warm charred oak without thin alcoholic fumes. The palate carries weighty cane sweetness, moderate warm spirit heat, layered dark fruit and bold smoky wood spice. It finishes medium-long with lingering molasses, dark caramel and roasted nut. This full-bodied Guyanese rum tastes superb neat or in bold cocktails, ideal for lovers of rich, heavy Demerara-style rum.
