The Wild & South Rum The Origin is a Japanese craft rum produced by Shinozaki Distillery, bottled at 50% ABV in a compact 500ml bottle. Careful oak cask ageing softens raw sugarcane sharpness and builds layered tropical fruit and wood sweetness. The nose delivers bright tropical fruit, light molasses and subtle vanilla oak with mild honey undertones. The palate balances rich cane sweetness and juicy fruit, with smooth medium alcohol warmth and gentle barrel spice. It finishes gently with ripe fruit and faint caramel. Unique and well-rounded, this Japanese rum tastes excellent neat or lightly diluted with water.
