This bottling embodies the distillery’s authentic grand arôme fermented cane spirit style, blending rich ripe cane fruit esters with briny saline savouriness and lush tropical floral depth. The nose reveals notes of sweet sugarcane nectar, briny olive brine, ripe green banana, and subtle wild herbal florals. On the palate, it is full-bodied and intensely aromatic, with flavors of thick cane honey, bold tropical fruit esters, fresh grassy vegetation, and faint peppery mineral spice.
