Chairman's Reserve 2009 is aged Caribbean rum crafted by St. Lucia Distillery from Saint Lucia, bottled at 46% ABV in a standard 700ml format. Distilled from fresh sugarcane molasses and matured under Saint Lucia’s warm tropical climate since 2009, this limited Chairman’s Reserve expression delivers layered tropical fruit and soft oak flavours from over a decade of slow cask maturation. The nose unfolds with ripe banana, dark caramel, coconut cream, dried mango and subtle charred vanilla oak. On the palate, it is rounded and medium-full, featuring rich molasses sweetness, juicy pineapple compote, soft toffee and restrained gentle wood spice. The medium-length clean finish lingers with mild tropical fruit sweetness and light oak tannins, showcasing balanced authentic Windward Islands rum character ideal for neat sipping and classic rum cocktails.
