A Shochu Collaboration for Cocktail Culture
In its 10 March 2026 announcement, Iseya Shuzo presented Kizashi as a collaboration with Tenpai, combining barley shochu with 38 herbs and botanicals. The project grew from a proposal connected to a New York bar, with the aim of exploring shochu in international cocktail culture.
The producer describes Kizashi as a limited release for Japan and New York. This is release background, rather than a claim about present availability overseas. Browse our liqueur collection to compare other styles.
