The nose unfolds with fresh coastal brine, mild smouldering peat, bright citrus peel, dark preserved berry, cracked black pepper and silky vanilla oak. On the palate, distinct saline mineral notes blend with soft smoky malt, jammy dark fruit sweetness and stable medium alcohol warmth, softened by smooth integrated oak tannins. Its medium lingering finish holds faint sea salt, gentle lingering smoke, dried stone fruit and subtle spicy wood hints; this scarce special bottling suits neat flavour exploration or light dilution with spring water to amplify its intricate coastal depth.
