Eighteen years of slow oak maturation softens the distillery’s signature medicinal peat into a refined, well-balanced expression layered with coastal fruit and mellow wood sweetness. The nose delivers distinctive iodine smoke, fresh sea salt brine, ripe citrus fruit, dried fig and gentle vanilla oak aromas. On the palate, restrained phenolic peat harmonises with bright orchard fruit sweetness, silky mature malt and smooth medium alcohol warmth, wrapped in polished, well-tamed oak tannins. The finish lingers elegantly with lingering ash smoke, saline minerality and subtle dried fruit undertones.
